I have a old car loan with FMC. It was repo'd in 1/2000.We we never notified of the sale.No one has ever come after us for a defency. I am doing some credit repair and FMC sent me a copy of my contract and a notice of how to get back the car. We never received this notice but it was supposedly sent the day after repo. FMC sent a copy of the "Green Card" also. There is no signature on either my DH's or my Green Card. It looks like it was just filled out and not ever taken to the Post Office. My question is "is this proof that they sent us the notice?"
