My PMI paid the loan in full and my report shows paid balance however does show 1x 60 days late does not list forclosure or any negative marks. This was two years ago. But 130k loan, and I went into forclosure after only 6 months due to ex. Overall, it helped. Go figure.
The credit reporting agency will tell you how long it will remain, mine says seven years since the first missed payment. They were even nice enough to tell me, and it matched my records.
