First of all, my deepest gratitude and Thanks go to WhyChat and the Webmaster of cardreport.com!!! I sincerely don't know where I would be without their selfless assistance. And to my friends here on the board, who have supported and instructed me personally these past few months (longer, if you count the year I lurked before ever posting) go my warmest thanks and regard. Yes...I won my case this morning against Midland regarding an expired SOL account!!! Or I should say, WHYCHAT helped me to win it. If you follow his (or her) program to the letter to answer an out of statute debt, you will win!!! Midland folded as soon as we stepped before the judge. Don't let them fool you. They have NOTHING. No statements, no signed application, NOTHING. They will take you aside and try to blow smoke up your butt about how a credit card application is a written contract. Don't buy it! Laugh, and then hold the line. Hit them with everything at your disposal. They will pretend to carry on to the very last second, then FOLD LIKE THE HOUSE OF CARDS THEY LIVE IN. Thank you, everyone, for giving me the courage I needed to face these b*****ds. And thank you, KEYSER, for giving me a new name that befits one who will no longer allow tyrants and scavengers to bully her. I now join allegiance with those who aspire to help others know victory and who seek to conquer their fears of being ravaged by bottom-dwelling vermin.
