Thank you, Tazi! You were among the first in, my darkest hour, to encourage me to fight it out. I was scared to death, to say the least. And I don't usually scare easily. :-)

But yes, one should NEVER give up! Let them try to delay, as they did with me, but hold the line. Let them go to trial. They're hope is that you won't show up for trial or that you'll contact them to try to negotiate. If I had done either, I'd have had to pay THOUSANDS I didn't legally need to pay!

To those who are afraid of what MAY happe, I can give one piece of advise: NEVER GIVE UP!!
