If you really want to settle with them, I suggest you go to www.naca.net and get one of the consumer attorneys to negotiate for you. 52% of the alleged debt is a lot better than 0%.

If you want to know what they do when they have a judgment, I suggest you go to the courthouse and read up on the previous cases they have filed. Read the cases and you can find out how aggressive they are about collecting judgments.
