Zwicker & Associates threatning to sue

I haven't paid my credid debt for about a year and a half and
now Zwicker is threatning to get me served. I live in Texas and
everyone I speak to says we are a debtor state and nobody can
take you to court over an unsecure credit card debt. Is this true,
and has anyone else dealt with Zwicker?
