Call your Court and see if this is a filed claim. If it is, you need to answer it LEGALLY. If you are beyond SOL, then you can use the "how to answer a lawsuit" data on my website, (linked under "Newcomers" post 05/05). If it is NOT a "real" summons, then send them the SOL letter from my website and file a complaint for FDCPA violations with the FTC and yor Sttate's Attorney General's Office.
