If you are talking about REPORTING violations, you need a CLEAR paper trail to win against them. You need to dispute to the CRA, and if verified you need to follow up with a procedures request inquiry. Only with PROOF that the errors are actually coming from the CA or OC and not the inept CRA's can you win.

By the way, reporting an updated date is NOT re-aging- re-aging is changing the charge-off date or last payment date.
