I was upset when I actually was served, and I did call the attorney. NOT TO TELL HIM WHAT HE WANTED TO HEAR. I told him I would see him in court, blah blah blah.......I am a bitch. So it really was best that I did not talk to CAs. Anyway, calling a CA attorney was very much out of character for me. But, people don't think logically when they are served. The CA attorneys count on that. I did not think logically, and I really was prepared to be sued. It was just the first 20 minutes or so that I was upset. Then I called my attorney and calmed myself down. So, it wasn't terrible, but I can't say it didn't bother me at all.
