Well - Scott hasn't answered yet and WhyChat never replies to me. Don't know why but se la vie or however the heck it's spelled. I watched Oprah last night - good show with Wynonna Ryder and her mom and Ashley re a follow-up about her getting her act together. I love those ladies.

I talked to my boss today, the only 1 I have told what is going on. She is still under the belief they won't show up that day and I just read a post up above where they didn't show up for the hearing. When I told her that I researched the S.Ct. rules about service and how they never even signed the Verification which is supposed to be signed if the complaint isn't signed, she laughed and said they probably send 100s of them out at the same time.

I am gathering all the violations together so I can send off to the atty to file suit against them. It just amazes me that I let this go on for as long as I did. But then again it hasn't prevented me from refinancing my mortgage so I'm not that upset about it.

Gotta go pick my daughter up at her school - they went to Great America Theme Park to "study" the physics they've learned all year - HA HA HA.
