Thanks folks, I plan to make that call in the morning (Wed) and face up to the challenge. Thing is, I have not been hard to find over the last 5 years plus, so I was a bit suprised by the presentation of a document that did not include an address (only my full name). I know the SOL in MN is 6 years and I believe the charge off was longer than that, certainly the delinquency. Best case for me, I find out the successor is trying to rope me?????? I will relay whay I find out and actions planned. Otherwise we will see. Thanks for the education.
