im in texas too, and several others here. oh, we can be sued. there just isnt a lot they can take. but, a judgement will stay for 10 yrs, renewable. this is one scumbag i havent dealt with yet./ im sure i will eventually, lol. a lot of time they all just threaten...but should you be truly served..do not ignore it.
