Judgement

I go to court tomarrow am to have a judgement vacated. The company it was issued to (2 YEARS AGO) went out of business almost 1.8 years ago. The copropration no longer exists... I recieved a letter from their old attorney stating that the judgement had been sold several times and now they represent NCO which owns it.... They gave us a payment plan and I have not responded to their letter thinking that they will not drive the 2 hours to go to court. If they do show up can't i still get it vacated as they never updated that it was sold several times and the debt is way past the SOL
