Soldiers and Sailor's Act only helps if your on active duty and assigned out of the country.

I would send them a modified C&D and tell them they are NOT to call you but to only contact you via MAIL ONLY. If they ignore it, they've broken the law and you can sue them for it.

If this 'law firm' is Walpoff and his band of thieves, they'll likely ignore the C&D anyway and keep racking up violations. They've already broken the law to pieces by discussing your affairs with 3rd parties. Document their violations, then sue them !
