How do I dispute?

I recently disputed (with the CRA), two entries on my credit report as not mine. These both appear to be related to an old phone bill with SBC. I have never had service with SBC. (I did have service with another carrier, who I understand was since taken over by SBC) Anyway, I received notification from the CRA that one listing was deleted and the other was 'verified'.

I then got a letter from the CA who 'verified', with an attachment (screenshot) of their so-called validation sent to the CRA in response to my dispute. It has my SS, my CURRENT address (which has changed several times since '98), and my current employer. It lists the original creditor as SBC, and the phone number of the old account, a principal balance, interest balance and total balance. It does not list any last payment date (which I believe would have been 8/98 with the original creditor), nor does it list any charge-off date.

It also has fields saying:

Lst: 8/22/03 Srv: 08/13/98 Ltrs:7 Time:4 Atmps: 0 Con:0 Worked:5

It appears this CA got their hands on the account in 1993. But there is nothing stating that it was assigned to them. What is the best way of disputing this with the CA. If I am correct, the the SOL should be up in August of this year.
