So how bad WILL bankruptcy hurt me?

I'm considering bankruptcy, because the debts are so high and I just got a judgment against me, but wanted to know from you guys just how bad it will be for me if I do this? How hard will it be to get ANY credit after BK, and how long will it take? Thanks, Steve
