Hi, I'm Missy and I am from TX. I have received today a letter from an attorney in GA about a credit card debt. It's been about 6 years since last payment and now they are talking about a law suit. Is there anything that I can do? I have been reading and trying to find a resolution but will appreciate any help I can get.
