Collectors and their stooge-lawyers resemble the sleazebag lawyer who stole an estate from elderly relative of this worthless scribe.
Weak, stupid, just bright enough to be dangerous. Started in grade school, as hall monitors, calling teacher over to listen, as they berated the CP kid for walking too briskly, having a moment earlier pushed the little girl with braces, down the flight of stairs.
Criminals are criminals. Some use pry bars, others, degrees from hack law schools. You cannot win their sympathy,they are emotionless, cold. You cannot earn their respect, as they live in a whizz-filled whisky bottle of self-loathing. (Apoligia et gratis ad Boadicea Regina Maxima.)
All you can do is practice 'analytical retaliation', i.e., do unto them, via legal means, things far worse than they, to you.
Scumbag lawyer who ripped my relative, 'patient death' involved, upped the ante a while back. Like collectors, his lies, evasions, retractions, and threats failed to stop discovery and publication of inconvenient facts. He called a respected law enforcement agency, one having no jurisdiction over the undersigned, hoping to scare me off. Mistake. His alleged 'fear' seen as a lie. Were he concerned for safety, he'd file complaint LE agency having jurisdiction. He couldn't risk this scribe's exercising right of Discovery, exposing forgery, fraud, and worse.
Collectors must understand you're a bulldog, posessed of a sleep disorder, mean temperment, and an inventive mind. One obeying the law,while using it to demolish these pig-plop predators.
Lawyer seen as not fearing harm, rather legal consequences arising from his misconduct. So must it be with collectors, without exception.
Lawyer claims this writer plots his demise. Paraphrasing dear friend, pest control specialist, H. Lecter, M.D., "it's a thousand times worse". This writer wishes larcenous blood-tick a life long, healthy, acute in all senses, to more fully appreciate recognition coming his way for kindness demonstrated towards our family. He will have health, wealth, and no face. Vanity, his Achille's heel. Make it thus with your tormentors, so that they flee from you.
Smash them back, make preemptive legal trouble via regulatory agencies, never let up. When they beg for mercy, hit them harder. You benefit not merely yourself, but indeed others upon whom these carcinomic carrion birds feed.

Carcinomically,

Keyser Soze

"You've got to get them (these drug dealers) down,
and kick them in the nuts."

Scourge of drug dealers and predators;
Commander, Colombian National Police
