i wanted to post this and the site wouldnt let me before,,so here goes. then let me say i will be gone a couple days to spoil a grandbaby, so no parties till i get back!!! lol. seriously, i found a site online i was gonna post but i dont agree with all it says. so here is some edited. they use a script. always. every one. never answer. it is to mine for information to sue you with or coerce you to pay. nothing legal makes you answer a damn thing they ask. they call 200 or more a day with the same script. every day. it isnt just aimed at us. they have one job and one only. to get as much money out of you as they can. they do not care how they do it. they care nothing for you, your problems or your reasons. they care nothing about laws and i had one tell me to sue them. they had a dept esp for verbal abuse to make people pay. man, to have that on tape. never trust a CA. never give them any information on bank accounts..addresses...jobs..they will ask how much you pay on your house..cars..its all info to sue you with. pay attention----"any information obtained is for purpose of collecting a debt". they mean it. ever heard of "anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law"? same thing. most of us did our best and simply fell into the credit trap and cant pay. push your morals to the back for now. they want you to be moral. to feel guilty. they do their best to put that on you. choose to not let them. they certainly arent moral. they certainly dont care if you are dying. they only want money. best bet is to ignore..as Jk says..or as i do..talk to just keep em dangling until the SOL is out. should they sue..take proper measures and get educated and dont let them have a default. they count on us not showing up. hang in, post here. vent if you need to, God knows i have. here we care and we will not judge you. wehave all messed up or had life intervene. above all, dont fall for the CAs traps. most of it is interest anyways...and a plain trap,. to bleed you dry. charge 20$ and i guarantee you will pay them 100$ for it at least. dont be afraid. know what they can legally do to you in your state. know what they cant. and hold your head high. dont let anyone beat you down. :)
