NEVER admit to anything when answering a lawsuit. If you can't deny a paragraph, then say that you have insufficient knowledge to admit or deny the allegation.

If you admit to the debt, the CA can move for summary judgment and possibly get everything they asked for. Make them prove EVERYTHING, down to the last red cent. It's not your job to make their job easier.
