im getting all my paperwork together for bk and i need to know if i will have to give up my earned income credit next year? as a single mom with 2 kids, can it be claimed as an exemption? by the time i get them every year im pretty broke and behind on all my basic living expences that alot of it goes to getting caught back up the rest is spent on my kids. i think the ca who filed suit on me was hoping to get there hands on it tough for them!!!! thanks!
