Would I be wise to answer a summons regarding a barred SOL debt with proof of last activity with a copy of my credit report as an exhibit. After all my defence is affimitive SOL. Wouldn't I have to own up to the debt first to prove it is sol ?? Help greatly appreciated. I guess I schould have said this is how I already answered my summons , I have court tommorrow..
