I've endured a barrage of threats and illegal tatics from Creditor's Interchange regarding a charge off of a Chase credit card debt that is within SOL. They are not licensed in TN so I talked with a lawyer who advise me to send a written request of validation of the original debtor since the CA feels that my wife can be sued when she is only an AU....and to inform them of numerous violations of the FDCPA. Having done all of that, I called and opted-out with the CRA's. My question is: Once I opt-out, do the other scumbag
CA's have access to my credit report from the CRA's? Is there any way I can keep the CA's out of my credit reports???
