I applyed for a morgage and the buzzards are swarming now that they have contact info! I got a letter from Attention, LLC Address: P.O. Box 2348 Sherman, TX 75091
They want to settle a debt to a Dr. for $126.75 or 65% of the balance. This debt is from 1998...january 1st of 1998 to be exact. It's almost at the 7 year SOL so I am not going ot pay it...just wondering if this is Sherman in disguise?
