Could anyone tell me of the SOL is up or almost up on this one? The date of last activity would have been around 8/98 on the original phone bill. I live in Michigan. If this falls under the UCC, I beleve the SOL is 4 years. If this is considered an open contract, then the SOL is 6 years meaning that I have a few months left to sweat it out. (that is, if the validation doesn't go my way).
