I would think that your ex spouse would have the opportunity to object if you reopen the case, but can't say that I know for sure. What about your attorney, or did you file pro se? In all honesty, not to be argumentative, but I would think this is more under the category of alimony. Just my 2 cents. Maybe somebody else will know for sure.
