I'd lay low and let the SOL run. If you actually do get sued, then you can always file bk at that time. You are going to be harrassed to death by CAs. That is a lot of debt. I ignored the CAs, 75K in debt. It worked well for me, but I was sued in the end. OK one out of 13 not too bad. I actually put my phone on fax during the worst of it. Watch caller ID, let the machine pick up. Protect assets (you really don't have to worry) PROTECT YOUR BANKING INFO. In Texas, if they can convince a judge that you will take your money out of the bank to avoid paying a debt they can freeze your account until they get a judgement. You are already 6 months into it, so, I'd say the worst is over for you. The phone calls and mail will become less frequent, but still, protect that banking info. Never Never Never let a CA have your banking info. If you don't want to deal with the stress, and to some degree it is stressful, then go ahead with the Ch. 7 now.
