There is no such thing as 1-2 bumpage. You have your terminolgy confused. The 1-2 punch is used to entrap collection agencies into committing FDCPA violations. Bumpage refers to the aquiring of mass soft inquiries to effectively "bump" the hards down the list and eventually off the report.
