I got MCM on both of these on my answer, amongst other things.

They claimed they were an assignee of the OC, but the OC was not included as a party to the suit. They also had no proof that they had done anything but purchased the alleged debt. They needed to prove that the assignor assigned all the legal rights to collect. Purchase alone does not give them that.
