512-615-1918 "Private Call."

While our caller I.D. is set up to block private calls, we today received a "Private Call" from 512-615-1918. I guess it doesn't block it if the number is given, and maybe the caller typed in "Private Call" manually, when prompted. Anyway, I assume this is a debt collector with TxCollect/Collins Financial Services who has decided to violate the law. Does anyone with access to databases know the identity of the caller? Thanks.
