Thanks again Paul. I think this one is going to be interesting since, as I stated before, Asset lists themselves as "Assignees of Providian" on the complaint but as "buyers" on the Affidavit in support of the complaint and does not list Providian as Plaintiffs in the Affidavit.

My plan of action is just to walk in and ask the court to dismiss their complaint with prejudice and list all of the rules they broke.

I'm just hoping that more people sued by these guys in small claims find the laws in their State. I know there is a S.Ct. rule that states n small claims court a corporation must be represented by an atty and I'm sure that's what they will try to rely on. However, if that was the case they should not have listed themselves as an Assignee in the complaint.
