I suppose he was signed up and has been paying for insurance in the event that he became unable to pay and he did become 100% disabled,but since he didn't even know he was paying for the insurance(they must have tacked that on in small print somewhere)then of course he didn't alert them to his illness.But the person he spoke to at Providian said he had to notify them within 6 months of the disability.What a crock this is,eh?
