NO, it is NOT legal !! It is a blatant violation of the automatic stay - and you need to firmly remind them of that fact. When these mental midgets call you, inform them that you have filed for bankruptcy on 4/21, give them your case number, which district you filed in, and the name and number of your lawyer( if you have one). Then you tell them that if they call again after being notified, AGAIN, you will file a Motion for Contempt and request for sanctions against CitiBank and they can then answer to the Federal BK court for their violations !
