Opt out, get your old address in Mass. deleted from your credit reports. dispute the judgment.

It will fall off your report 7 years from the filing date (Kelly is mistaken about how long a judgment stays on a report, the only time the State matters is if the SOL is SHORTER than 7 years)

As to having to pay it off before you buy a house, that ONLY is relevant IF you are still in the SAME STATE.
