Computerguy-- you and I agree about the status of ALL CA's as bottomfeeding scum, (rats would be insulted at the comparison to CA's).

Your "methods" may work for you, however, if someone is concerned about being sued they need to have a legal defense that will hold up in Court.

A notice of SOL is just that, no amount of validation requests will mean a thing in Court if someone gets sued. They MAY help if they countersue on violations, but even then Judges usually throw the case out if they OWE the $$.

In ALL of the MANY successful cases filed on violations,where the case has been WON (not a nuisance settlement) it has been due to the debt NOT being owed, usually ID theft or just plain dumb error on the part of the OC or CA or both.

Being "right" legally on violations will not help a vulnerable (someone with assets and a job) debtor to withstand a judgment against them.
