Banking info is not on your credit report. If you write bad checks you will be on Chexsystem, or Telecheck. If you ever paid the original creditor or the CA with your current checking account, they have your info. You sent them the check. Close your current bank account, go to a different bank and open an account with someone else as primary. Don't let them get your banking info. You should not be talking to them, but if you do, they will try to get banking info. They will insist that you pay via auto draft, and then they will raid your account. It is not hard to hide your banking info once you have changed your bank. Just don't tell them. Don't apply for any credit. Don't do anything that requires your social, employment, and banking info. Just don't do it. Find another way of conducting business.
