I found this while searching more information on my judgment. Seems to be very helpful. It has each state's laws. http://law.freeadvice.com/resources/statecodes.htm
If I read it correctly since I live in a non-community property state, if I am on my husbands bank account but the money deposited is earned by him they can't seize it. .... also interestingly it says "any debt made before the marriage is the sole debt of the person who made it" --not BOTH!
