if this is almost out of SOL, why are you doin this NOW? why not wait..>? i dont follow your logic. what you want as validation, your not gonna get. the law is very murky on this. arguing what validation means...that close..i wouldnt mess with it till SOL is up. then argue it with the CRAs. not until one is IN court can one argue validation. then its up to the judge anyways.
