i think you have a good suit against this company tho..maybe it will pay off the debts. check your contract...check with the OC , proof they arent being paid..etc etc. dont depend on them anymore. they are gonna blow smoke and deny they did anything,. a lot of these companies are getting sued for conning the public. they usually are bad news. hurt much more than they help..they dont do anything you cant do on your own. and they look really bad on your CRs. obviously the only one debt-txs is helping is themselves. for this one..i think you need a lawyer. others will be along with their advice! good luck! im sorry, i think you have learned a lesson the hard way here.
