You have rights which need protecting, ranging from the scam "credit consolidation" outfit that cheated you, to the CA that is suing you on a time-barred debt, to recovering from YOUR insurance Co. or the insurance Co. of the OWNER of the car, or whomever allowed an unlicensed illegal alien to be driving.
