Catballou -are you serious? If I pay this judgment it will go back on my credit report? NO WAY! I thought they could only report for 7 years ---it has been almost 8! I am so confused now!!
I just wonder if this lawyer will bring it to Alabama or figure it is a waste of time and leave it alone. I have not heard one more thing from them and I am checking my credit reports all the time.

Thanks for the advice. I really just want this to go away. I feel like if I pay it ('cause I guess I owe it) then it will go away and I wont be living in fear of something happening to my husbands money ---I dont work -- I am a stay at home mother of a sick baby.
