The courts don't report judgments to the CRA's. The CRA's pay companies to troll court records and give them the info. You've been lucky so far.

You probably won't get a summons if the judgment gets moved, but you MAY get some kind of notification. That would be in the AL statutes.

You still have the option to pay and negotiate too. They just can't garnish your pay or levy your bank accounts all the way from VA. It will cost them $$ to domesticate the judgment - it may never get moved.
