Get a lawyer, an Irishman with a keen sense of injustice, a sleep disorder, and an anger problem. Turn him loose. Your insurance should be helping, consider applying for Social Security Disability. You are disabled, back injuries invariably worsen. Start paperwork now. By being disabled, you may enjoy greater protection of income, among other things. Your influence counts, use it.
Call FTC, and local PD and report this scumbag - all too typical - consolidation company. They need a good jackhammer enema, courtesy of a suit for fraud, and as well a visit from AG or DA's office. They are worse, if possible, than sleazoidal CA piggy-doot predators.
Why? CA's are thugs. Repair/consolidation outfits the same, but hide behind kissy-face peace-love-dove facade. My favorite, they 'care' about us. Right. Like a rapist cares about women. Like the slimey, putrescent capons who ripped an estate from a relative of this unworthy scribe 'care' about their beloved uncle. Sure.
