Since posting this morning I have received a phone call from USFM stating that they received the letter that I sent to them demanding my money back and detailing the troubles I have had with them since day one. The man that called me sent me an email as well stating that they would refund ALL of my money including the administrative fees, and the cancelation fee. The only catch is that I have to sign a release document relieving them of all fault for the financial condition I am in now. I just want my money back and now! I am broke and have a 13yo child. What is your opinion of this? Should I take it and call it a learning experience and get on with my life and handling these creditors?
