they have a POA on you??? in what capacity? wow, would i be suing some people. well,,i take that back. exactly what does your contract say and what did you sign with them??? my god. a lawsuit is NEVER to your advantage.judgement will stay for at least 10 years..besides taking anything from wages to assets to insurance benefits...depending on your residence. credit companies and creditors only have to recognize lawyers..not debt whatever the hell this company is. sweety..dont take this wrong but a power of attorney gives them say so over your life. i thing the first thing monday am you best find a lawyer. these people are crooks. never sign a power of attorney unless its for medical..or your elderly..whoever has it..in whatever capacity..can basically do what they want with whatever you have..money..health..etc. i had my granmas's POA. but she could trust me. oh ,,man. i am speechless. sorry. these people have taken your and others hard-earned money and are gonna let you all suffer for it.
