Of course everyone of the class will probably get less than $1 (attorneys get $4mil). My "legalize" is rusting, but am I reading correctly that if we (those with Household Bank credit cards of various types) don't opt out of the settlement we can never sue Household for an incorrect late fee, overlimit fee or incorrect credit report reporting that occurred from 1994 thru 2004?
