Being sued by Ass$$ Acceptance......anyone have any experience with them?

Hi all, I am currently being sued by Asshole Acceptance Capital Corp, whom bought my Providian CC debt. This is in WA State, and they are suing about 5 1/2 years into the SOL. WA State has rather confusing terminology regarding its CC SOL's and AAC is of course suggesting the LONGEST possible interpretation of the SOL timeframe applies (6 years). ANYWAYS.......I filed an appearance and answer.....just curious if these dickheads will actually take this case to trial...or are they usually no-shows when challenged?
Would love to hear about any recent similar experiences :-)
