How have you been paying them? By personal check? You have been throwing $$ down a rathole. Send them a dispute/cease and desist/validation letter and a refusal of arbitration letter and stop throwing your $$ away. If you were paying by personal check, close your account. How are you figuring SOL? What State are you in and when did you last pay the original creditor on the account while it was sill in USE.?
