only contact is payment via phone...I have absolutely no paperwork from them ever...check by phone..I know, not smart but for 9 months with a hit or miss phone calls from them I have been making payments. SOL is 3 years for open ended accounts in my state. OPen ended accts are accounts with no term right? so credit cards are sol. I have about 3months left before SOL. Will I stir things up by sending a validation request to them? Are they already stirred up by threatening arbitration? Will they win if I have been paying whenever they call? Did they buy this account. My payments to them don't count on SOL just to original creditor?
