Your SOL starts from the Month following your last on time payment to the ORIGINAL CREDITOR, any payments you have done via electronic check to Mann Bracken have not re-aged your SOL, nor have they been credited to whatever account you THINK you have been paying on.

Change your bank account NOW, put a fraud alert on your old account to prevent NEW unauthorized withdrawals.

Get your credit reports, opt out, see what is being reported, file a complaint with the FTC and your State AG office, if you need an Address for these crooks, do a google search or ask on this Forum.
